Hello,

I have a complex problem with Vodafone and my DSL. I have lost DSL signal in my flat on Friday, 23.11. After many unsuccesssful calls with the customer service, I managed to get a technician appointment on TUesday, 4.12. The Telekom technician didn't come, and a second appointment has been made for the Saturday of 15.12. Again the Telekom technician did not come. I don't speak German so I relied on the help of my neighbour (whi as you can imagine is pretty annoyed by now).

Which brings us to today, when the Customer Service reached out to me to set up an appointment. The lady did not speak English, I told her (in German) that I don't speak German, and clearly said "NO". She wished me a good day, and a moment after the call was ended I received a text message that she has set up an appointment for tomorrow between 14-20. It's impossible for me to make that appointment, it's impossible for me to find any solution on such a short notice, and I know that if the technician comes whilst I am not there I will be charged 59euro. Which is completely ridiculous in the given situation. The call took place today (17.12, 14:21), so if they are recorded - it should be easy to trace.

What can be done about this situation? Not only am I treated with utter disrespect (not mentioning the amount of time I already waisted).

I am moing out of Germany on the 31st of January, I am flying out for Xmas break this Saturday, and in the three weeks of January, I will be too busy with my last month of work and sorting out my move. Will Vodafone continue to set up appointments without my agreement and then charge me for them? Can anything be done about it? I am at a loss for how bad that situation is. Frankly speaking, I just want this contract to be over as soon as possible, as I am being charged 40 euro / month for internet I don't have and for being treated in such a bad manner.

I will be very grateful for help, as I know that it's probably the only place within Vodafone, where English-speaking customers are treated in a good way.

Hello Sweetp,

I am really sorry for the things that happened to you. Can you please send me a private message with your customer number and your customer password, so I can see, what has been done in the past and find a solution for you?

BR,

Dany
