Hi all,
I have a problem with cable internet connection from Vodafone.
My contract started in October, it was good firstly, but the last week the internet connection is terrible. It interrupts every 5 minutes. I checked internet speed. The download speed was ok, but upload speed was 0 !
I called to technical support, they opened a ticket for me. But the ticket was closed next day. It said the everything was fixed but actually nothing changed. I called the support again, and the situation repeated. The interned connection is still terrible.
Is it usual way of solving problems in Vodafone?
