Red Internet & Phone 500 Kabel
Hello, please excuse my using English but my German isn't good enough for technical matters yet.
I am a new customer and I installed my router 3 weeks ago and I still have no Internet service. The "Internet" lamp blinks red. I have tried restarting the router and switching which socket I used.
I have activated my account with the code sent to me, and I have also treod calling the helpline but have not been able to get through to an engineer.
Please can you help me get my connection working?
