IPv4 blocked

Hi,
I write my question in English cause it will be earier for me (sorry).
I was on a 2 weeks holiday and switched off my modem. Now I come back and switch on my modem and realized IPv6 addresses works but IPv4 not.

Can anyone help me?

which pages don't work exactly? Which modem do you have from us? Is the PC directly connected to the modem via LAN?
