Hi Jens,
A technician was scheduled to come today in reference to ticket #TAXXX but no one came. Is it possible to obese reschedule someone to come as soon as possible?

Hi Jens,
I have the same problem from Yesterday. Could some one help me on this issue.
Since yesterday my DSL router has not been able to connect to the service, it says the cable is unplugged in first 200m. I have all the connections in my home are working. I have tried to contact technical support but my German language skills are not good enough for a technical conversation.Hopefully I can get some help here. Thank you.
