Since this morning my DSL router has been unable to connect to the service, it says the cable is unplugged within first 200m. I have verified all connections within my home are working. I tried to contact technical support but my German language skills are not good enough for a technical conversation. Hopefully I can get some help here. Thank you.

Hi Jens,

A technician was scheduled to come today in reference to ticket #TAXXX but no one came. Is it possible to obese reschedule someone to come as soon as possible?
