Dear All,
as a non-German speaker I am struggling finding a way to cancel my WiFi-Hotspot Flat montly subscription. I have managed to speak with someone in English calling the Vodafone contact numbers but no one was able to interrupt the subscription and I cannot see how I can do it online once I am logged in https://kabel.vodafone.de/meinkabel
I have contacted by email Vodafone and they directed me here to find a solution.
Could someone help me?
