Hello.
I registered for the WHF on Sunday 22nd July, then got an email saying that it takes 1-2 working days to activate. Now its been 3 days and still I havent received anything. Can someone please check it out and somehow speed things up ? Since Im only staying here in Germany for 1 month so I need internet as soon as possible.

You can call the customer service 0800 1721212. They take a look into your contract.

Hi Pfefferminz, thanks for the tip. But my SIM is Italian so I was worried it would charge extra because of the foreign calling stuff, I don't know.
