Dear Vodafone Team,
On the 20th of July, I created a post on this forum asking. How can I cancel my WLAN hotspot contract? Grit responded that I should use the "Contact Form". Which I did, and on the 27th of July, the Vodafone Team, responded to my contact form with "to solve your problem, please visit our forum Vodafone under forum.vodafone.de . Open a new thread for your questions and have a little patience. One of my colleagues want to take care of your problem."
So now I'm back for my third attempt to cancel my WLAN-Hotspot Contract.
Can I get help with this request to finally cancel my WLAN-Hotspot contract? To make issues worst, I was charged for the month of August due to the contract still being active.

I'll take your written cancellation from July to cancel your Hotspot contract. The termination will be effective on 24.08.2018.
