Hotspot and homespot not available

Hello,

for the last week I am not able to connect to my hotspot. The homespot and the hotspot don't appear in my networks and I tried to enter 3 id's manually but it keeps telling me that the connection is not possible or not found.

the 3 nearest id's are

HH-7-3609273

HH-7-2789120

HH-7-3099259

are you where it used to be?

I took a look at the equipment. These are home spots. They're provided by private routers, so we can't interfere there.

Do other Homespots work or don't they?

Hello Moni,

even the hotspot are not available. I tried entering them with my iPad, my phone and my laptop but none of them worked. The homespot and the hotspot don't appear at all in the networks available. I tried entering them manually I keep getting the message that the network is not available.

Hello Mayla0008,

all 3 spots are active and have current connections. We can not instruct these private customers to change the location of the modem to improve or even eliminate your reception. Sorry, we have no influence on that.
