Hello there!
My DSL 16000 internet did not work for the last 3 days. I have been trying to reach to the hotline constantly, but it was not successful as my German is not good. I greatly appreciate any help to get back my connection.

Can you please tell me first, what's exactly happening and what you already did (restart/ reboot router, set back to factory settings, try via LAN-connection)? Which lights are glowing or pulsing?
