upload and download speeds for RedM and RedXS

Hello, I was offered a contract pver the telephone - RedM with 20GB data volume, unlimited call and SMS. But the following details were unclear. 

Can you please confirm if the data volume if applicable all over EU? What are the upload and download speeds? Do these speeds drop after consuming a certain data volume?

As RedM and RedXS are mobile contracts, there is no definite value for up- and download speeds given as they will vary depending on the network availability, the signal strengh and the cell usage as well as the device you are using.

And yes, the data volume is usable within the EU - but only within the so called "fair use" policy.

E.g. maximum 3 months abroad of a whole year, otherwise the provider may charge you additional fees as that roaming is then not covered anymore by the EU regulation.

And yes, the speed will drop to 32 kbit/s max. after you consumed the 20GB data volume.
