Hello,
Someone from Vodafone called me back in February and deceived me into changing tariff from M to L allegedly for the same price. I ended up paying 65 euros per months instead of 45 before. I would very much appreciate if this would be changed back. How can I do that? I already managed to reach out to the call center back in may, they promised to make a change, but nothing happened. Please help. I am absolutely frustrated about this situation,

Reneromann is, of course, an experienced superuser. However, he provides his assistance on a private basis. Reneromann does not work for Vodafone and doesn't have access to customer data.
Regarding the early invoices after the change, it is indeed a bit late to raise objections, as reneromann rightly points out.
As for your DSL contract, your cancellation must be with us at least 3 months before the end of contract. Since you move at the end of the year, cancelling now will be within the time frame.
Since you already sent me a private message, I'll check what can be done about the change of contract and get back to you shortly.

I think you are much too late with your request. It's nearly half a year from the date that your plan was changed -and- you would've got multiple invoices stating the new price.
If it would be March now and it would be the first invoice, it'd be maybe possible to do something, but it's July now...
And the other thing:
You should have got a written confirmation of your tariff change that statees the "new" monthly amount to pay. You could have checked that in time and ask for correction and/or rollback then - but it's also too late to do that now.

First of all, thank you for the quick reply 🙂 I think there's some misunderstanding here. Let me list what happened so that you have a clear picture.
1. Vodafone agent called me and in very poor english made me think that I'm overpaying for my M tariff because I purchased that indirectly through a reseller. He promised that I would pay the same amount of money per month for tariff L. He also promised to send a confirmation by email as you have correctly mentioned.
2. I've never received any email confimarion about the change of my tariff.
3. I had an ongoing dispute with vodafone about the monthly charges and promised discounts for my previous tariff M, so I didn't really trust that invoice. Couple months later I've realised that I actually had a new tariff in my invoice, this is when I called vodafone support. I think it was in April, not even in May.
I would really appreciate if you could help me on this matter and investigate this case, becuase clearly your agent has lied to me.
I also have another request, I would like to terminate my DSL contract, it started in December 2017 and I plan to move out of my apartment in the end of the year.
I am looking forward to your reply.
