Hello,

firt of all, i have to apologize for the fact i do not speak deutsch. i really need your help.

In 12.2016, i signed a contract with Vodafone, in Kaiserslautern:

Vodafone XL Young ( 2016) with an iPhone 7 for 24 months. I payed everything in time, with no problems.

today, after 26 months, i would like to cancel this contract because i am very disappointed with Vodafone. they keep getting lots of money from my bank account. I think i payed them around 2600 euros for nothing

i tried to do it online and i do not understand why they say i have to wait untill 2020 !

I understood that i have to do it 3 months before but why do i have to wait until 2020 . I can't affor to pay for this anymore.

so in the first two years everything was fine, and now your bills are to high and you are disappointed and want to cancel the contract?

If your contract is already prolonged for two months we can´t cancel the contract. What we can do is looking for a solution to reduce your bills with a new tariff.

But this will defenetly lead to another 24 month contract period.

If you want you can send me a PN with your customer account number and password and i will have a look.
