No Last Bill

Hello, I closed my mobile contract and my last day was January. I was told I would receive my last bill on January but its almost April and I did not get anything. I try calling Vodafone customer service but they refuse to speak to me in English. I changed phones, so I do not have the app anymore. Can someone please help to understand if I have outstanding balance 🙂
