Hello team,

 

I cannot check out the bills directly in my online account because I have to add first the contract. 

And for Mobilfunk contract, there is a field called Kunden-Kennwort which I cannot find the right value to fill in.

I don't know where this value comes from.

 

At the same time, the paper bill that comes monthly in my letterbox is not coming yet for the latest charge, although usually it comes by end of month (which should be September, and already passed).

 

Could you please help let me know if the bill will come in the form of paper? Or how should I solve the problem with the Kunden-Kennwort in meinVodafone?

I need to verify the last Mobilfunk charge.

Hi @Truhang,

 

usually the "Kundenkennwort" is sent separately next to your SIM card and your contract.

 

But if you can't find it, you can set a new "Kundenkennwort".

Because the InfoDok 265 is in German,

the post "customer password" from our SuperUser @Mav1976 will surely help you to change/set a new "Kundenkennwort".
