Good Evening,
Sorry if I write here but I know no german and I can't get how to solve my problem in vodafone.de
I've left Germany some months a go, and already signed the kundigung for closing my mobile contract.
I've to wait some months for this, and untill this date I have to pay the montly invoice.
Because I don't have a german bank account, I missed some payment, until a Vodafone used third party company for asking me for this money (INFOSCORE FORDERUNGSMANAGEMENT GMBH).
I paied and I also recived a confirmation email from vodafone that says everything was solved but now, in the next invoice, I found that Vodafone is asking again for the money of the last months, like they doesn't recived the payment. I would like to pay the August Invoice, but I can't because the invoice's total amount includes also the previuosly months.
How can I solve this issues?
