False Charge on Giga Cube

I was given a 30 day free trial of the Giga Cube from my local store back in January. I returned it a few weeks later (I did not exceed the 30 day trial) at the same shop on  Paulstr Hannover and signed for it. I have now received several emails from Vodafone asking me to pay $ 187 in monthly payments for the Giga Cube I have already returned! I contacted customer service and they told me that my contract had not been canceled for the Giga Cube and to contact my local shop. I contacted my local shop and they said they would take care of it but that was a month ago and I am still recieving bills. Vodafone is threatening to turn off my phone number and send a debt collector out after me.I have contacted my local store since and they no longer respond.

that sounds awful but, first of all: Welcome to the Community

I will check what can be done about this once you send me a private message.

Please include the Cube's customer ID and a hardcopy of any receipt that was issued for returning the Cube.
