Hello,
I'm asking for help here since as an English speaker there is no way to get to the customer service.
I've recently applied for Red M+ contract to be able to bring in my partner number into my contract and we share data and cost.
After lots of back and forth, I've realised that it is not possible to migrate her number to my contract, which is turning my Red M+ contract obsolete and pointless.
Is there any way I can cancel the M+ contract if the migration is not possible ?
Your help is much appreciated.

Hi TheBolBol,
welcome to the Vodafone community.
If you are using a tariff of our Red or Young portfolio, you can have an additional Red+ Allnet to share your data volume.
The easiest way is to get a Red+ Allnet with a new number and after you received the SIM card and the contract documents, you can order a belated porting of the phone number.

Thank you!
My apologies for delay, I did not get any notification about your reply or I've missed it.
So you are suggesting that I can port my partner phone number to the new SIM card?
Is this something that can be done online, or should we visit a branch?

Hi TheBolBol,
you can order a belated number porting online after you got the new contract and SIM card. So you temporarily get a new number from us and this will be replaced by the ported number.
But please note, that a belated number porting is only possible when the phone number comes from another provider. If the current number is in a contract or prepay card from us, you either need a contract transfer or a change from CallYa to a contract.

Her phone number is a Vodafone prepaid.
So if she convert her pre-paid to a contract, then only I can merge her contract to mine?
Did I understand it correctly?
