Do not have internet/Calls + customer service cannot find my phone number

After unsuccessfully escalating a 190 euro bill for 4 months, last Friday, I decided to pay it off before the due date April 9th. 

 

I paid Friday - and still I do not have internet and ability to call. When I called customer support they said that they cannot find me on file. Not with my phone number, nor customer number.... nor address.

 

Yet, I just got my next month's bill by email and on the app?

 

Please help me understand what is going on? I am paying for a service I am not receiving.

You're sure, that you're a direct customer from Vodafone and not from a different service provider?

 

Then please send your mobile- or customer-number via PM (click left on my name and then right on "Diesem Benutzer eine private Nachricht senden").
