Alte Sim Karte Nummer

Hi,

I got a new contract with you, but need to keep the old number. People from 08001721212 say I cant change it on line but I can't find how to do it. Hope you can help me.

If you signed a whole new contract with a new phone number, then the number of a previous contract cannot be transferred onto the new contract directly.

Has the old contract with the desired phone number already ended? If yes, there would be a (a bit costly) possibility. I'll explain into more detail once I have the answer to the question above though. 😉
