I have an Iphone X from Vodafone. I had to pay something after the device paid the batch fee. When I went to the store, they asked for the bill. But the bill did not reach me. The employee said I had received my bill of 349 euros.
But this bill did not come to me. You do not accept the payment without invoice. It can not be that way!
I want to pay the money and they do not help me!
