Hello, i'm looking for my "online registrierungscode" but i cant find it on my mails or spams.

Is it possible to get it by mail again?

Do you still have your welcome letter where you can find the modem installation code and the appointment with the technician? In this mail you can also find the online registration code.

If there is no chance for you to find it, please send me a private message with your customer number, the customer password and your email address.
