About the appointments with the technician

I ordered Red Internet 50 DSL tariff online. I get my activation letter and modem by post. In the mein vodafone, it seems that I have an appointment with the technician on November 19, 2020. The previous week, one lady called me from Vodafone and talk German. I don't know German because I moved to Germany in the previous month. Today, I got a message from Vodafone it says that I have an appointment with the technician on November 17, 2020. How can I be sure that my appointment date?

you will find the date of the appointment in our welcome letter.

We usually send it via e-mail. In some cases via letter.

You can either call us and ask what the exact date is or you can send me a private message. I need your name and customer number or order number.

As it is the 17th already I guess you already know if the connection has been activated today.
