I just arrived in Germany a weak ago and get a Vodafone number and Gigacube. But unfortunately, the GigaCube didn't work like what I excepted. Therefore I sincerely want to cancel my Gigacube contract, also I have a problem on loginning MeinVodafone App. So I need your help. Thank you very much for your help, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience I made for you helping me cancel my Gigacube.

What's the matter with your new GigaCube? If you need help, please tell us concretely what's wrong.
If you want to withdraw the contract it depends on how you received the device: Did you get it in a Vodafone stored or did you order it online?

It seems that 125GB is far not enough for my usage, besides it has weird lagging problems when I play online games.
I got my gigacube in a Vodafone store.

ok, thanks for the information. If the contract is not older than 30 days, you can withdraw it in the shop via our satisfaction guarantee and give the Cube back. The contract will be cancelled immediately. You only pay the time frame until the withdrawal.

But today we meet problems while we trying to withdraw our Gigacube contract in the original shop.
Your colleague in the original shop where I get the Gigacube refuses to withdraw the contract for us.
Here is how it happened and I sincerely and urgently need help from you.
Firstly I try to explain I want to withdraw the Gigacube contract and I just used it for about a dozen days, far before reaching the 30-day limitation. but he said contract is contract, also I have shown him what you helped me above as a reference, but he still said it can't be used in here." so I went to another Vodafone shop for advice.
The workers in another shop told us he was not right, and they provided the 30 days guarantee clause in your advertisement, if he still refuses, I need to contact the client service.
I went back to the original shop and show him again with the 30 days satisfaction guarantee. He firstly said this guarantee is not suitable for this offer (Angebote), and when I point out this is suitable for every Gigacube product, he told me the 30 days guarantee on your Ad and website is not the ACTUAL/NEWEST VERSION of TERMS AND CONDITIONS, it might be suitable for other shops but not this Vodafone shop.
The workers in another Vodafone shop also asked why did we sign that contract. I sincerely need your help and it's better to help me withdraw the Gigacube via post. Obviously the original shop can't provide any help.

ich schloss die Vertrag am 29.10.2019.
aber keine Sorge, ich habe schon auf den Kundenservice angeruft und Ihre Mitarbeiter hatte mir gesagt, dass die Widerruf durch die post abschließen kann. Und erhalten ich auch eine Kündigungsformular aus meinen Email.
Vielen Dank für Ihre Hilfe und Aufmerksamkeit, ich habe schon gestern das Gigacube durch die Post zurückgegeben.
