Hello,
Unfortunately I do not speak German. I had two vodafone Gidacube accounts (both contratcs have been cancelled.
The first contract was made online and I had to pick up the Gigacube from the shop. When I got to the shop to pick up the package, I realised that I ordered a cube with 50Gb rather than 200Gb. The consultant at the shop advice I cancel teh contract there and then with him a sign in for another contract. This I did. However from August to November Vodafone kept deducting money from my account even though I did not pick up the Giga cube.
Both contracts were made in August during the one month trial window. With regards to the second cube, I went home and tried it and was disssapointed with the download speed and network coverage. So I returned the Giga cube to the shop within the one month trial peroid. However vodafone continued to debit my account.
In december I called vodafone and was lucky to be speak to someone that understands English. I was advise to go back to the shop and make sure the contracts are properly cancelled. This I did and both contracts have been cancelled but the money deducted from my account was never refunded. Can this be done please. My customer number for the two contracts were xxxxxx and xxxxxx.

Hi Achu,
so both contracts you want to be canceled?
Or do you use the Cube you got as second at the Vodafone store?
