withdrawal of TV products within 14days

Hi,

A couple of days ago, I ordered Giga TV product. The next day, due to some reasons, I tried to cancel the order by sending the mail to kabel-widerruf@vodafone.com.

I didn't receive any answer from there yet, and unfortunately, they already send the device to my home address. 

I wonder whether the above email address is valid or not as I didn't receive any answer. But through email, I clearly stated that I wan to withdraw it within 14days.

So, in such a case, would it be just okay to send the device back to the following address?

Vodafone Kabel Germany; c / o DHL package; At tower 222; 90475 Nuremberg 

And anything else should I do for the withdrawal?

the mail address is correct. The withdrawal has been processed today and the confirmation should already be in your email box. There you will also find all details for the return. Did you receive the mail and are your questions answered?
