Hi, I moved in the new apartment mid May, I signed a new internet contract, apart for various issues at the beginning (box was not delivered, contract cancelled and had to do it again,..) the connection is relly slow, first only during evenings and now all the time. A technician came a few weeks ago, tested and did nothing and the problem still persist, the connection is so poor my tv cant connect.
Can yo udo something about that and if you are not able to provide the service why you made me sign a new contract?

Hello Elena,
please send me your customer number, date of birth and the address via PM. Also reply here in this thread so I can check why your connection is so slow. What speed do you get exactly through LAN?
