no update about new connection

I have no information about my new contract, ARC7604xxxxx. The contract was supposed to be working by 30 October. The technician was supposed to come on 23 October. But have no updates about what is happening.

I am not even sure if the new contract includes a router or not.

unfortunately, the German spoken by the technical help centre is too fast for me to understand

Can someone please tell me what to do to get the new contract working?

Ich habe keine information über mein neue Vertrag ARC7604xxxxx. Die technician Termin war am 23 October 2020. ich weiß nicht ob der Techniker gekommen hat. Niemand hat mir anrufen.
Was muss ich machen? ist ein Router mit diesem Vertrag erhalten oder muss ich das kaufen?Die Vertrag würde am 30 October beginnen. Aber ich weiß nicht darüber.  Mein jetzig Vertrag ist bis 10 November. Ich möchte, dass der neue Vertrag beginnt, bevor der vorherige endet

My current internet is already npt working although it is supposed to be connected till 12 november and i do not have further information from you though I was told that you will load additional data on my phone while i wait for the new connection. Please help

please excuse me, there was a major disturbance in parts of NRW on 10.11.

In the meantime the connection has been cancelled.

Hello,

Yes, the contract is now over.

Can you please help me to setup my new contract at the earliest? I had taken this contract in September and tried to arranged dates to ensure an overlap, but that did not work. Now I am told that the new contract will take 7-10 days. I need internet to work from home and I am dependent on this for online meetings and VPN connection.

Can you please help ?

The connection number is ARCXXX. Additionally, I am not sure if the contract includes hardware. If not, can you please inform me on which router to purchase? The helpline I called once told me they would add hardware to the contract and would write to be about it, but so far I have no info

You already had contact with the colleagues from the hotline.

 

Currently the line is still busy with your old connection. It will probably be free in the next 3-4 days and we can order the line for the new connection again.

 

Please be patient a little longer.

Hello Michi,

 

Could you please help me with this.

As per contrat statement, previous contract is over by 12 Novmember. I deliberately booked this in advance to ensure no delay in service since I work from home and need internet extensively. In the pandemic situation, this is even more critical. And now I am being told that even after the old contract is over, the line is still active!!!!!! Why is this? the previous contract also was a Vodafone contract. I do not understand so much of a delay after booking this in September.

 

Also, I have repeatedly asked whether the new contract includes hardware or should I buy and if so which one should I buy, Again I have no answers!! later this will be another reason for not providing connection!!
