Hi,
Sorry guys, but my German is not so good, so I´writing in English.
I recently updated my home-internet contract and I shoudl receive a new router and a new plan.
I called and they said it's ok. However, I have not received any confirmation by e-mail and I do not know if my order has been processed. I should also receive an e-mail with the DHL tracking number, but so far nothing. what should I do?
