I have my internet tariff changed from Red Internet and Phone 32 Cable to Red Internet and Phone 50 Cable a couple of days ago, however I found that my contract has restarted for 24 months. Could you explain why is this? If the new contract has to be for another 24 months for some reason, I would like to cancel this change.
Best regards,
Renjie

Hello jie,
it is normal for the validity period to restart when a contract is changed. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions. I have therefore revoked the tariff change, you will receive a confirmation within the next few days.

It's normal that such change initiates a new 24 months contractual term.

I guess it's a common practice, but I think they should have mentioned that when I was changing the tariff.

Can anyone from Vodafone help me revoke the tariff change then?
