Dear Comuunity,
i am bit lost. I am new in dresden. i just shifted to my apartment 2 weeks back. I applied online for vodafone internet cable. The first time i requested online i just got email about the details of package i selected and after that no update. I kept on calling help line but no use. finaly i came to know that there was no contract under my name. So i requested again on 16th July. I got letter from vodafone about customer no and contract numer. It has been 1 week now and now no update about anything. I tired calling helpline but most of time everything is in duetsch. Like when some guy will come and install the router. The customer number ( kundennummer : x*), (Vertragsnummer: x*). Please help me out.
