Hallo,
Can somebody help. I am a Vodafone DSL customer for more than 10 years and I switched to Unity media in March 2020. It was a quick service and within a week I have Unity media. The service man told that Vodafone will be disconnected in a week time.. Until now it seems to be still active and I get two bills. Please check this and terminate the vodafone connection.

are both contract producing a monthly bill?
If you swap from dsl to cable, we cancle the dsl shortly after the cable contract is working properly.
The first month should be free of charge for your unitymediacontract.
Please send me a private message.
I need your unitymedia customernumber and & the activation date, the dsl customernumber & password.
