Hi,
The Rechnung dated 11.02.2019 has a mistake in it. There is a section "Servicepaushale für Endgeräateeinstellung oder Fehleranalyse" with amount of 99,50 EUR.
This is a mistake, since, I never requested any technician to my house. I never made an appointment. There was no technician at my place.
Please correct the amount as soon as possible and return the amount of 99,50 EUR.

Hello alwarmb,
I got your pn. The lump sum was calculated for the technician's assignment on 21th of september 2018. When he was on site, there was no more disturbance. But because there was a little later again a disturbance and could be fixed by our technician, I refund the amount.
