Hello, around December I accepted a Cable internet agreement with Vodafone in the Berlin area, within the first few days I found that the upload speed was NOWHERE near sufficient or the amount promised by Vodafone, it was constantly dropping to around 0.4 Mbps costing me hundreds of euros a day.
After waiting for a fix over 2 weeks (which never happened) they openly admitted in a tech support email that their cable line would not but able to hold steady speeds until JUNE, this I found unacceptable since my work involves a steady and stable upload speed.
After the 2 weeks they are not able to hold up their part of the agreement in providing sufficient speed so I decided to cancel the deal. However they are not a forthcoming about canceling the deal as they are with charging me for an inferior and inadequate service.
They agreed on cancellation via email. However for what ever reason, they stated that the cancellation would take place a YEAR from now, despite the internet not being nowhere near usable condition.
Sadly the ignored many of my email and letters over the last month, I've engaged in multiple phone calls in an attempt to get this issue resolved, customer service either do not speak English or keep passing me from operator to operator with no resolution.
I need help with this issue since vodafone are not holding up their part of the contract, I'm guess legal action will have to be taken?
Regards.

Hi BananaDuck,
as I see you are already in contact with us in another post.
Why do you open a new post if you are already helped there and why do we write English here and German there?
I'll close the post with this.
Best regards, Martin
