Vodafone Router not been received to the given address

Hallo,

Recently I have taken new Vodafone connection on 28.11.2020 and i am waiting for Vodafone router. It suppose to receive on Dec 2020. But still I did not get any information for the same. And this is my Kunden Nr. XXX.

Can you please check and let me know.

Please be so kind and send me a private message with the following data:

Customer number, name, address, date of birth, state and current mobile phone number. Please let me know when you've done that. Then I get an overview.

According to my system, your router has been online for 2 days. That makes me very happy. Is your internet now working without any problems?
