Hi all,
My vodafone kabel duestchland internet is not working since i received the modem on 08.10.18, i did everthing possible which i can do , still intenet LED is blinking red all the time.
Contacted vodafone technical service many times but did not help, each executive says different
one said wait for 1 hour, other said wait for 48 hours and another said dont know what to do
Actually i am fed up now, not understanding how to proceed, should i cance my contract as i am not getting any help from vodafone technical service ?
