i understand your annoyance, but unfortunately you have not completely fulfilled your obligation to cooperate and have reported the move for the cable contract (including contract conclusion DSL). Therefore the cable contract cannot be terminated. But we try to fix it now.
Send me your name, the old address, the new address, the customer number for cable, the customer number for DSL and your date of birth in a private message. Please contact me here again afterwards.
