I ordered a Vodafone Kabel 1000 connection in a new appartment, I received device in 3-4 days of order. I connected the device in the socket hoping it would just work fine. Unfortunately i could not connect the device to internet. I tried to contact helpline, i tried all the numbers of the helpline but no one speak any english. So i decided to return the device because in the contract it says if i return it within 14 days of the contract, i won't be charged and contract will be finished. So i sent the device via DHL to the address mentioned. I was hoping that my connection will be disconnected automatically but Vodafone dedected following:
08.April -- 51,19 €
09.April 5,99€
15.April 35.99€
Please help me solve this issue as i am unable to get any help from any of helpline.

just sending the device back alone unfortunately does not end the contract.
For the rest we have to look in your contract. Please send me a private message with the following information:
your name
your address
date of birth
your customer number
the link of this thread
