Hello All,
Last year I made a contract of Red Internet & Phone 500 Cable. Yesterday, a vodafone representative offered me a new internet contract for 2 years . I realized after he left from the confirmation email I received that it was "Vodafone TV Connect Pro Special For Properties with a supply agreement" which seems to be basically TV only.
1st: Is it possible that someone help me to revoke the new contract based on the fact I am still in the 14 days period?
2nd: Now if I made a new real internet contract, will it basically overwrite the Red Internet & Phone 500 cable given that I still have 1 more year in it?

Was the representative at your home -or- did you go to a shop?
Because you only have that withdrawal right in case that you did NOT sign the contract in a shop.
And no - if you sign for a new Internet contract, it will NOT replace the old contract - instead you will have a 2nd contract (and will have to pay for both). If you want to increase your speed, then you'll have to upgrade your existing contract - this can be easily done within the customer self-service portal.

I did not go to a shop. The representative came to my home. I signed at home.
Where is this customer self-service portal? Through this link (https://portal.vodafone.com/) you mean?
