Trap contract: Be careful about the cheaters

Hello, I have already posted a thread complaining about a call claiming to be a vodafone quality assurance. Today, I have received extra vodafone contract with different customer number. I have now 2 routers 😉

I wonder, how that person knew all my details. Either that person is from vodafone or online contract providers or from DHL, or a true devil because he was knowing all the details of my contract and traped me to return the router, as I am a fresh vodafone customer.

Vodafone must take some action against those maltacktics and cheap strategies of such sales persons.

It will be great, if you share me that who has requested for a contract, i.e. vodafone shop, check24, verivox etc.?

Hi,

I've revoked the contract. A written confirmation will be sent to you within the next hours by mail. According to the system, the contract was concluded with a shop or retailer.

@Lars Thank you for the reply. If vodafone take some legal actions against that shop, I will be happy to be a witness of this cheating.

Anyways, thank you for the support. I guess, it is due to the huge bonuses by vodafone to the sellers. If it is a direct benefit to the end customers, then this cheating could be discouraged.
