Dear Vodaphone,
I have terminate my contract with you since July 2018 because I am no longer living in Germany. I have sent the letter of termination (along with abmelden bestättigung) as well as the fritzbox.
However, I do not understand why I still received Rechnung from Vodaphone for August and September 2018?
I cannot and I do not want to pay this because I did not use it and furthermore I am already back in my homeland since end of July.

Hard as it may seem, but there is no "I don't want to pay this." in this case. The premature cancellation you were granted was performed based on German Telekommuncations Laws and Regulations (TKG) and it clearly outlined there that you are obliged to pay for those additional three months after termination.

Before the TKG was changed in favor of the consumer, Vodafone could (and possibly would) have charged you with the full monthly amount for every remaining month of the contractually agreed on duration. For one simple reason: Agreements must be kept.
