Tarifwechsel von 200 MBit/s auf 250 Mbit/s

Quick question: I currently have Red Internet & Phone 200, but can see that now the offer is Red Internet & Phone 250 for the same price.

How do I get the 250 mbit/s speed? When I choose "Tarifwechsel", I only see the 500 and 1000 options.
