Hi,

I would like to make the below changes to my tariff in order to avoid the higher charges after the promotional price ends.

1. Remove GigaTV Cable (promotion price ends 31.12.2020)
2. Reduce the internet speed to 50 mbps (promotion price ends 14.12.2020)

Please confirm these changes be made?

I saw you took back your resignation from GigaTV. You have bought GigaTV at the conditions in the first 12 months for 9. 99 euros and then 14. 99 euros. After 12 months, you can also switch to another TV package. Please take a look in your order confirmation. I made the switch to Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable for 29. 99 Euro/month for you right away.

you can cancel your GigaTV contract at the end of the term using our contact form.

 

I will be happy to help you with a downgrade of your Internet & Phone tariff. Please send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address via private message. Afterwards contact me again here in the thread.

Regarding the GigaTV; is the price due to increase at the end of 2020? If I cancel this tariff would I still have basic TV channels to watch?

Yes I relaized this and have reactived the GigaTV subsrition.

 

Will I receive a refund for Jan as I have already paid? I requested the changed on the 14th Dec and was told them to log a request in this forum and only now has this been resolved?

a refund is not possible in this case, since the contract conditions apply from the day of the changeover at the conditions. This is also how you will find it in the confirmation for the change.

Hi Nancy,

 

Its taken over a month for Vodafone to resolve this issue and change it; first email logged with customer service on 12.12.2020, who then asked me to contact this forum which I did on the 14.12.2020 and now only after a month this has been resolved.

 

As I requested the change within the deadline and it was infact vodafone which has been the cause of the delay I would like a refund for January, please arrange this or let me know who I must contact to do so.

it is correct that you contacted us in mid-December. However, we process the threads in chronological order. We have requested your data and you have also informed us only on 07.01.2021. You can make the change at any time after 12 months. Sorry, but we have no way to refund anything. You can contact our complaints management via our contact form and ask there.
