Hello,
I am writing to know how I may speak with a customer service representative to discuss my increase in tariff from Vodafone for account number. I have been a customer for more than 2 years and would like to know how I may lower my tariff rates in order to avoid switching internet and cable providers. I am very happy with your services and would like to continue, however I am not pleased with the higher rates and would like your assistance in this matter.

Hello amaiou1,
have a look at your customer portal. There you will find all the tariffs you can change to. There are also the condtions listed and you can order them there as well.
