Dear Vodafone team,

 

I have a contract for Red Internet & Phone 250 Cable with Vodafone from 30.06.2020. My router is still not delivered and I have no information regarding it. I've tried to contact Vodafone Support several times during this weeks and been promised that device will be sent "today or tomorrow at latest" but nothing arrived so far... couldn't even get a tracking number.

In my Welcoming Letter from Vodafone, I had a reference to MSM Multimedia Service Partner and some Auftragsnummer. I don't know, why I need it, if I didn't opt. for an installation service. However, they have never contacted me. I reached them on phone by myself, but they couldn't help me, as they don't have such Auftragsnummer in their system. 

On my last contact attemp with Vodafone Support on WA, I was sent to this forum, since they "don't provide support in English".

Could I please get any information regarding my router delivery status?

Techniker arrived this morning and cabel connection is working now. Thanks a lot for the assistance.
