Hi,
I had Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable contract which I terminated (I got an offer from the other provider). But now I received a "winback" offer which is apealing to me. The offer is for the same service. I wonder if there are any hide one-time/per-month costs. Namely, under the "asterix section" of the offer I found this: "Einmalentgelt 59,98 € (bestehend aus Bereitstellungsentgelt 49,99 € und Versand-/Transportentgelt 9,99 €). " What does it actualy mean? I do not need/plan to change my equipment (standard router, not Fritz) so I am a little bit confused about this.
I can provide more details if/when needed.

Hi doki7791,
you sure this is a win-back offer? If you are already a customer and accept an offer, the provision fee and the transport fee will not be charged.
