Since switching to digital TV. I have a cable TV charge relate to HD premium cable, TVconnect. and TV cable. I don’t watch much TV and all I need is a basic TV connection. How can I switch my current contract to a basic TV service? Regards, Joe

Hi Joe18,

since the change to Basic TV is a downgrade, this can only take place at the end of the term. In your case at the earliest on 28.09.2020.
