I got my welcome letter but still no information about the track or delivery date.

what exactly did you order? Have you specified a desired date for the contract start? You will receive your order confirmation with your terminal.

Hi Nancy: I Ask for TV; Internet and Thelephone for the apartment.

I Ask for october 31, but in the web I can't find the delivery tracking...I just have to wait the entire day or there´s a margin of hours?
