At the start of the year, I moved to a new apartment. Howoge (my new landlord) provided the contact of a guy from Vodafone who could help with moving. I contacted him, everything looked ok, I received a new router, was told to send the old one back, I sent it and thought that all done. But a week ago I understood that I still pay for the old contract, I didn't understand it earlier because invoices come on different days of the month.
Of course, I would like to stop paying for the old contract, for the apartment where I don't leave. It would be nice to get money back but for some reason, I expect it would be too bothersome for me.

Hi foerra,
unfortunately no move was reported here. You just ordered a new contract for the new address.
I will now cancel the old contract and will send you an confirmation for that. The fees of the old contract will be reimbursed.

It's very unfortunate that you were obviously not properly counselled. Basically the previous contract simply moves with you. For a closer look send me the following informations in a private message:
full name
date of birth
previous address
old customer number
Write a short reply here afterwards.
