Problem with moving service

Dear expert

I have an internet service called as "Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable". After my move to other city (Kiel), I asked Vodafone to move my internet to new address. They sent me email stating that service will be canceled in 3 months! I thought that my new address does not support the service but when I googled possible servises in "www.check24.de", the same service from vodafone is available for my new address. Can you please check the status and let me know what to do? Maybe they have mistaken in vodafone.

Thank you. At your new address, internet via dsl is possible. if you change to dsl, we will terminate your previous contract earlier. 

 

As soon as the dsl connection is activated, we will terminate your existing contract.

 

You can either order online or i will pass it on to an expert for DSL here. If you order online, i will need the order number.
